Literacy For Web Presence

While the web is in high demand now, the amount of users that are taking advantage of it is still average. It is indeed that its usage has been increased considerably due to the pandemic health crisis. Yet, the majority of people are still not literate in web information technology to make use of it to improve their life style. Right!

I believe that world leaders should have already gathered to examine the high importance of the web applications and web architecture technology to find ways to make the web interface more affordable to all. What do you think?

One way to make the web available to all is to invest in solar energy so that people can have power energy to access the web easily. World governments, businesses, an organizations, etc. must invest together to make solar energy their priority to improve the lives of their people. 

Another way to reach that goal stands for implementating computer literacy, software, and web literacy courses,which will break the fear of not using the web.
